Campus Center Banner Advertisement Request Form

The Campus Center can promote activities for all organizations and departments on campus by allowing them to hang advertisments banners on the catwalk of the track. However, it is important to read the information below. If you have any questions, please email UREC at UREC@westga.edu Thank you!
Organizations/departments must submit their request form at least one week in advance of the initial date they would like their banner to appear on the track.
University Recreation has the right to grant, modify, or deny any advertising request.
Banners will remain on the track for a maximum of two months (or until a date-specific events has occurred).
University Recreation reserves the right to adjust the schedule based on need as well as choose only appropriate banners to post.
Organizations/departments must make arrangements for their banner(s) to be delivered and picked up from the Campus Center on the days they are initially hung as well as removed from the track. University Recreation will not store banners before or after they are displayed.
University Recreation will not modify the flyer. It is the responsibility of the organization/department to ensure the quality of the flyer.
